DOMAINE TRILLES is located in Roussillon, South part of France (Pyrénées Orientales), in the town of
Tresserre, known as the "Village of Witches".

Located on the terroir of “Les Aspres”, the vineyard extends over forty hectares, from the Pyrenees, to the sunny plain of Roussillon. It is on this terroir of quality that Jean-Baptiste TRILLES elaborates his wines.
Jean-Baptiste TRILLES comes from a family of wine growers for several generations. In 2000, he also
set up as a wine grower.
Passionate about wine and with his certificate in viticulture-oenology, this wine grower at heart embark on the wine adventure and vinified his first cuvées in 2007, as the flagship cuvée of DOMAINE TRILLES : “Incantation”.
Two years later, he concretizes his project in creating his winery in Tresserre.
The vineyard of DOMAINE TRILLES covers about forty hectares between the Pyrénées mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
We grow traditional Mediterranean grape varieties : Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Muscats, but also less traditional grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. “Les Aspres” means "arid" in Catalan. Yields are limited by the terroir, the age of old vines and by the green harvest, which we practice in July when it’s necessary.
The vines are cultivated in responsible farming, and soon as organic farming.
